Volleyball Specific Strength and Conditioning Training

Training Information:

Tuesdays from 12 to 1:15 or 2 to 3:15. This challenging beach strength and conditioning program will focus on getting the athletes physically ready to be the best version of themselves on the volleyball court, using plyometric movements, strength and endurance methods followed by comprehensive stretching components for injury prevention.

This program is open to boys and girls 12 to 18.
