Quick Notes:
  • We practice rain or shine: Most practices will take place on the outside courts, but if we have storms we will move indoors.
  • We strive to foster a fun, respectful environment for all players and coaches. We will not tolerate any physical or verbal bullying. If any player is observed being disrespectful to other players or coaches they may be asked to sit out or leave.
  • Helpful Items: While beach practice only require a willingness to learn and a good attitude, some find the following items helpful as well
    • Water bottle
    • Sunglasses
    • Towel
    • Sun Tan Lotion

Our Boys Summer Beach Volleyball Training is designed for boys between the ages of 12 and 18, regardless of their skill level. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced player, our experienced coaches will work with you to help you improve your volleyball game.

We understand that each player has unique abilities and strengths, so our coaches will group players together based on their skill level to ensure that they receive the appropriate guidance and instruction.

Our program focuses on three main areas: skills training, conditioning, and doubles strategies. Our coaches will work with you to improve your fundamental volleyball skills, such as serving, passing, setting, and hitting. You will also receive guidance on how to improve your physical fitness and endurance through a variety of conditioning exercises.

In addition to skills and conditioning training, our coaches will help you develop an understanding of beach volleyball doubles strategies. This will involve learning how to work effectively with a partner and how to read and react to your opponent’s movements.

Training sessions are held twice a week to ensure that players have ample time to practice and improve their skills. We believe that consistent training is essential to achieving success in beach volleyball, and our program is designed to help you reach the next level of play.

How to Register

Volleyball Specific strength and conditioning- This training will be offered: Tuesdays from 12 to 1:15 or 2 to 3:15. This challenging beach strength and conditioning program will focus on getting the athletes physically ready to be the best version of themselves on the volleyball court, using plyometric movements, strength and endurance methods followed by comprehensive stretching components for injury prevention.

This program is open to boys and girls 12 to 18. 

Start date- June 4th/End Date July 30th
