Boys Summer Training Session

Our Boys Summer Beach Volleyball Training is designed for boys between the ages of 12 and 18, regardless of their skill level. Whether you are a beginner or an advanced player, our experienced coaches will work with you to help you improve your volleyball game.

We understand that each player has unique abilities and strengths, so our coaches will group players together based on their skill level to ensure that they receive the appropriate guidance and instruction.

Our program focuses on three main areas: skills training, conditioning, and doubles strategies. Our coaches will work with you to improve your fundamental volleyball skills, such as serving, passing, setting, and hitting. You will also receive guidance on how to improve your physical fitness and endurance through a variety of conditioning exercises.

In addition to skills and conditioning training, our coaches will help you develop an understanding of beach volleyball doubles strategies. This will involve learning how to work effectively with a partner and how to read and react to your opponents’ movements.

Training sessions are held twice a week to ensure that players have ample time to practice and improve their skills. We believe that consistent training is essential to achieving success in beach volleyball, and our program is designed to help you reach the next level of play.
