If you have trained with the program in the past or have had previous sand training elsewhere, this is the program for you.
- Girls Ages 13 – 18
- Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays – 10:00 – 12:30 @ Liberty Collective

- Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:00pm – 6:00pm
- Girls 16u – 17u – 18u
- (Training June 1st – August 2nd)
- Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 10:00 pm -12:30 pm
- Girls 10u – 11u – 12u
- (Training May 11th – August 10th)
- Mondays & Wednesdays 4:30pm – 6:00pm
