Training days:

Dates June 1st – August 11th

Boys – All ages

Tuesdays – 6:00pm – 8:00pm

Sundays – 4:00pm – 6:00pm

Players are not required to attend all practices

Each training session will include technical skill training, competitive drilling, and volleyball-specific strength and conditioning.

All athletes are welcome to attend any session that fits into their schedule.

The level of the training will ramp up a bit for the athletes who have already been participating, to continue to push the athletes’ beach skills and execution progression.
