Training is at Grand Sands In Loveland, Ohio. 10750 Loveland Madeira Rd, Loveland, Ohio 45140
When:
Monday October 30th through December 29th
Training days:

Elite training takes place on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 3:30 to 6:00
Each training session will consist of technical skill training, competitive drilling and volleyball specific strength and conditioning.

Court set up at each training session will be:- 8 to 9 athletes per court with a coach.
